My experience was overshadowed by several issues. The room I first received had mold present in the bathroom, which was unacceptable for a four-star establishment. the staff appeared inexperienced and failed to resolve issues accordingly, contributing to a frustrating stay.

The poor room insulation makes it hard to enjoy a peaceful night's rest, and the breakfast offerings were quite limited in variety, lacking freshness. cleanliness is a concern, as areas like the bathroom and dining facilities weren't up to standard.

The relaxing sun terrace and jacuzzi were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the AC took a bit to figure out, but it didn't put a damper on my stay. 😊

I had a delightful stay at Relais Castrum Boccea, surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenic views. The staff were attentive and accommodating, especially Christiano, who went out of his way to assist us and even provided transportation to the airport.

Just a commendable fit for a budget stay in Boccea with great for the money. The ecological toiletries were a nice touch. Bring your own breakfast if you're picky about food.

What a gem just outside of Rome! We had such a cozy time, loved the beautiful fields view, and the comfy bed was a winner after our long drive. The restaurant was a nice surprise with tasty options, but I wish the menu had a bit more variety. Still, a great pick for a quick getaway!
